It is the policy of AFS to combine the highest level of integrity in dealing with our clients and partners along with the highest quality products and services. The confidentiality of any information we may collect during our normal course of business is of the utmost importance. Our Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services.
What Information Do We Collect?
We generally collect two types of information on our Web Site. Customer information, which you knowingly and voluntarily provide to us, and web site usage information collected on an aggregate basis as you browse our Web Site.
Customer Information

Security
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, AFS's web servers employ industry-standard methods to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on AFS's servers are strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act. In the specific context of this security monitoring, there is no expectation of privacy. However, only in the case of actual law enforcement investigations, will we attempt to identify individual users.
We secure customer information, once we receive it from you, by using commercially reasonable efforts to provide a secure environment and to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, or accidental loss or destruction of identifying Information. In addition, our corporate policies and practices are committed to the protection of customer information. In general, our business practices and systems limit employee or partner access to this information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
System Uptime
AFS’s goal is 100% uptime, with the exception of scheduled maintenance. Toward this end, we have selected premium business partners and built redundancies into our network operations to address the most common causes for unscheduled downtime.
Sharing Information with Affiliates/Partners
We only share information with Affiliates or Strategic partners as required to perform the services we have been engaged to provide. We have Confidentiality Agreements with all our Affiliates and Partners, which restrict the use of confidential information. We take measures to select product or service providers that are responsible and afford privacy protections to their customers. However, we cannot make any representations about the practices and policies of these companies.
Sharing Information with Outside Parties
We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, Web site traffic patterns and related Web site information to reputable outside third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.
Children and Privacy
The Federal Trade Commission has issued rules to implement the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). We are in compliance with that Act and we do not collect or disclose to any Partner or Affiliate any personal information from children under 13 without first obtaining parental consent.
Security/Financial/Information
Financial information that is collected is used solely to charge the user for products and services or collect information from a debtor for purposes of paying on a client account. Credit Card and Bank Account information is collected only over secure SSL Encrypted Internet connections. Credit card data is not stored after completing the transaction.
Notice Email Policy / Opting-Out
As AFS provides a business service, on occasion we may send a notice to clients via email. We intend to only send notices to active clients as necessary to provide the service as contracted. Sometimes these notices are critical in nature. As such, you may not opt-out of these notices unless you cancel the service contract as provided for in the terms of the agreement.
Marketing Email Policy / Opting-Out
AFS prohibits the sending of unsolicited mass marketing e-mails of any kind. If you provide your email address to us, we will only use this information for its intended purpose which may include requesting your permission to be added to our marketing list. You will only be added to our marketing list by confirming your intent to be added via a secondary confirmation system. Once added, we will not sell, trade or give your email or other contact details to anyone without your permission. If you give us permission to send marketing emails to you, you may opt-out of receiving marketing e-mails from us at any time by following the instructions on any marketing email you receive from us.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
AFS may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will make that information available by posting a notice on this site.
