Ken Arnold, Co-president & CEO collapse

Ken Arnold Kenneth Arnold is the Chief Executive Officer, co-founder, and a principal of Association Financial Services, LC. He has over 20 years experience in managing businesses throughout their lifecycle, from early stage development to maturity.

Prior to founding the Company, he was most recently the CEO of a successful internet marketing company that he founded in 1999. Mr. Arnold closed on three rounds of equity investments and led the company through its life-cycle including concept, start-up, growth, and mature stages. The company is still in business today. Prior to the internet company, Mr. Arnold was Vice-President of Institutional Fixed Income for Advest, Inc. with a focus on corporate, mortgage-backed, and sovereign debt. In addition, Mr. Arnold worked extensively with banks and money managers in investment portfolio analysis and restructuring.

Mr. Arnold received his M.B.A. from the University of Miami with a concentration in finance and international business on full academic scholarship, and a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida. He is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager and Florida Mortgage Broker. He formerly held the Series 7 and 63 licenses. Mr. Arnold is the brother of Mr. Jonathan Arnold.

Alex Moskovitz, Co-president & CFO collapse

Alex Moskovitz Alexander Moskovitz is Chief Financial Officer and a principal of Association Financial Services, LC

He previously worked as a Principal at HIG Capital, a leading middle market private equity investment firm focused on making investments between $5-$40M in equity financing. While there, he was intimately involved with managing the diligence and financing process for new investments, active portfolio management through board representation on the boards of companies, and managing the sale process for companies being exited. In addition, Mr. Moskovitz completed the firm’s first privatization of a publicly listed company, the first high-yield note financing of a portfolio company, as well as led the successful dividend recapitalization and subsequent sale of a portfolio company yielding a greater than 30 times cash-on-cash return for the firm’s LPs.

In 2006, he helped HIG launch its hedge fund – Brightpoint Capital in which it posted first year gross returns greater than 25%. Mr. Moskovitz holds an M.B.A. degree from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar (Top 5% of class), and a Bachelors of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Jon Arnold, COO collapse

Jon Arnold Jonathan Arnold is Chief Operating Officer, a co-founder, and a principal of Association Financial Services, LC

Mr. Arnold has extensive experience in investment and debt management. Most recently he was an equity partner at a $2 billion investment firm (PRS Group). He was specifically responsible for the portfolio management of a $200mm (capital) convertible arbitrage hedge fund and a $150mm bond fund. In this capacity he was the lead decision maker in security selection, security trading, portfolio composition, deployment of leverage, fund financing, prime broker and brokerage relationships. He managed a team of analysts, traders, and support staff to conduct all functions of the funds.

Mr. Arnold’s investment expertise include debt markets (convertible, high-yield, corporate, government, agency, municipal, mortgage-backed, asset-backed, CP), equity markets (stocks, options, warrants, SPAC’s), and derivative markets (CDS, financial futures, volatility trading).

Mr. Arnold graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a concentration in finance. He obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997 and formerly held the series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. Mr. Arnold is the brother of Mr. Kenneth Arnold.

David P. Rosenbaum, CPA collapse

David Rosenbaum David P. Rosenbaum, CPA, is a principal in the Tax and Accounting Department at MBAF. David has been in the public accounting profession since 1973. In this capacity, Mr. Rosenbaum has provided high-level accounting, estate and income tax and consulting services to a variety of industries with concentration in law firms, real estate, health care and other professional service organizations. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and did post graduate work at the University of Miami.
